Instructions
1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Mix Ingredients**: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch/blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, 1 cup cheddar, mozzarella, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
3. **Assemble Casserole**: Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
4. **Bake**: Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and the top is slightly golden.
5. **Serve**: Garnish with extra green onions or blue cheese crumbles. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
