Ingredients
– 4 slices sourdough or thick, crusty bread
– 2 tablespoons honey mustard (divided)
– 2 slices white cheddar cheese (divided)
– 4 slices deli turkey (divided)
– 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
– 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach (divided)
– 4 slices bacon (cooked)
– 2 tablespoons butter (divided)
Instructions
1. Spread 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on each slice of bread.
2. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on two of the bread slices.
3. Top the cheese with two slices of deli turkey on each slice.
4. Add the thinly sliced tomato on top of the turkey.
5. Place half of the fresh baby spinach on each sandwich.
6. Lay two slices of bacon on each sandwich.
7. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese slices.
8. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, honey mustard side down.
9. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
10. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
11. Add the remaining butter to the skillet before flipping the sandwiches.
12. Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove from the heat.
13. Slice the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
