2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
For the Blueberry Filling:
3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Cake Layer:
1 (9-inch) vanilla or pound cake, cubed
For Garnish:
Whipped cream
Fresh blueberries
Crumbled graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Blueberry Filling: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Layer: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Trifle: In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer the cubed cake, cheesecake mixture, and blueberry filling. Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with a layer of cheesecake.
4️⃣ Garnish: Top with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and a sprinkle of crumbled graham crackers, if desired.
5️⃣ Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
