Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
6 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup mayo (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
Instructions

Mix the chopped eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions in a large bowl.

Fold in mayo, then season with salt and pepper.
3.
Scoop into lettuce leaves and wrap them up like a taco!

Optional: Chill for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor.
Tip: Add avocado chunks
or a sprinkle of shredded cheddar for an extra boost of flavor and creaminess!
