– 16 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup blackberries
– 1 cup raspberries
– Whipped cream for topping

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
Step 2: Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then heavy cream. Pour half of the batter onto the crust.
Step 3: Add Berries
Fold blackberries and raspberries into the remaining batter. Pour over the plain batter in the pan.
Step 4: Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 55-60 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
Step 5: Chill and Serve
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
