
How to Make It:

Heat a cast iron skillet until piping hot!


Melt butter, add garlic, then spread rice evenly over the pan.

Place steak slices on top of the rice and let them sizzle!


Drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sprinkle with lots of black pepper.
