Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (5 oz each)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Once the salmon bites are done, remove from the oven and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over them, or serve it on the side for dipping.
