Ingredients
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes ![]()
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes ![]()

1 tsp garlic powder ![]()
1 tsp kosher salt ![]()
½ tsp black pepper ![]()
1 ¼ cups (290g) mayonnaise ![]()
⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce ![]()

2 tsp Sriracha (or more, to taste) ![]()
2 tbsp honey ![]()
Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Step 3: Thread the seasoned chicken onto the wooden skewers.

Step 4: Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

Step 5: While grilling, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.

Step 6: Once the chicken is done, brush it generously with the bang bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
