Bang Bang Chicken Skewers  – Delicious and Affordable

Ingredients

Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 🪵

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 🍗

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🫒

1 tsp paprika 🌶️

1 tsp garlic powder 🧄

1 tsp kosher salt 🧂

½ tsp black pepper 🌿

1 ¼ cups (290g) mayonnaise 🥄

⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce 🌶️🍯

2 tsp Sriracha (or more, to taste) 🔥

2 tbsp honey 🍯

Instructions

1. 🍢 Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium heat.

2. 🧂 Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. 🍡 Step 3: Thread the seasoned chicken onto the wooden skewers.

4. 🔥 Step 4: Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

5. 🍯 Step 5: While grilling, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.

6. 🌡️ Step 6: Once the chicken is done, brush it generously with the bang bang sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
