Ingredients:
🔹 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
🔹 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
🔹 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
🔹 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
🔹 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
🔹 1 tsp salt
🔹 2 large eggs
🔹 1 cup whole milk
🔹 1/2 cup vegetable oil
🔹 2 tsp vanilla extract
🔹 1 cup boiling water
🔹 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
For Baileys Buttercream Frosting:
🔹 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
🔹 4 cups powdered sugar
🔹 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
🔹 2 tsp vanilla extract
🔹 2-3 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

Instructions:
🎂 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
🎂 In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
🍶 Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
🔥 Stir in boiling water and Baileys Irish Cream. Batter will be thin.
🎂 Pour batter evenly into prepared pans.
🔥 Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
🎂 Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
For Baileys Buttercream Frosting:
🧈 In a large bowl, beat softened butter until creamy.
🍬 Gradually add powdered sugar, beating on low speed until combined.
🍶 Add Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract. Beat on high speed until fluffy.
🥄 If needed, add heavy cream to reach desired consistency.
🎂 Frost the cooled cakes with Baileys buttercream frosting.
