🍫 1 box chocolate cake (baked & cubed)
🥃 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🍬 1/2 cup powdered sugar
🍫 1/4 cup cocoa powder
🍦 1 cup whipped cream (plus extra for layering)
🍫 Chocolate pudding (2 cups, prepared)
🍫 Chocolate shavings or chips (for topping)

Instructions

🧀 In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Baileys until smooth.
🍦 Fold in 1 cup whipped cream to create the cheesecake layer.
🥄 In a trifle dish, layer half the chocolate cake cubes.
🍮 Spoon over half the chocolate pudding.
🍰 Add half the Baileys cheesecake mixture.
🍦 Add a layer of whipped cream.
🔁 Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
🍫 Top with chocolate shavings or chips. Chill for 2+ hours before serving.
