Ingredients
– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Lemon wedges for serving
– Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and brush the marinade over both sides of the fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
5. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Check for doneness by using a fork to see if the salmon flakes easily.
6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
7. Serve the Air Fryer Salmon with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs.
