8–10 lasagna sheets
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 small wheel of brie cheese
Instructions
Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and pat dry.
Cut pasta into chip-sized squares or rectangles.
Toss with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place in air fryer in a single layer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden (work in batches if needed).
Meanwhile, place the brie in a small oven-safe dish or foil.
Air fry or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until soft and melty inside.
Serve the crispy pasta chips with warm brie for dipping—pull, dip, and enjoy!
