For the Filling:

½ cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, eggless!)

¼ cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
Let’s Make Them!
1️⃣ Prep the Cloud Bread
-
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
-
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
-
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites until fully combined—don’t deflate the fluff!
Bake
-
Spoon mixture onto baking sheet into 6 even rounds (like pancakes).
-
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
-
Let cool completely.
3️⃣ Make the Filling
-
In a bowl, mix together edible cookie dough and whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
4️⃣ Assemble
-
Take one piece of cloud bread, spread or pipe cookie dough filling on top.
-
Add a second cloud bread round to make a sandwich.
-
Repeat with remaining pieces.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in the fridge (if there are any). 🥰
