• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 carrots, peeled and diced
• 1 cup peas
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 4 cups mashed potatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions, carrots, and garlic.
3. Stir in tomato paste, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
