Make the dressing. Mix the Greek yogurt, garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper together in a bowl then set it aside.
Toss. Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and toss until the salad is coated to your liking. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper, if needed.
