Ingredients
3 cups Greek yogurt
4 cups of flour
2 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
Egg wash
1 egg
1 tsp water
Instructions
Knead and Form into ball. Separate into 8-12 bagels
(I did 8 and they’re the size of my hand)
Roll and shape into bagel. Pinch seam together.
Coat with egg wash and top with cinnamon sugar topping.
Notes
The recipe says each bagel is 16 grams protein.
