1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

½ teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Butter and Garlic:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Lemon Juice:
½ medium lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel to ensure a good sear.
In a small bowl, mix the oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken pieces.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Tilt the skillet to coat the base evenly.
Add the chicken pieces in an even layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and mostly cooked through.
Add the Garlic and Lemon Juice:
Add the remaining butter to the skillet and let it melt.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
