Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 chicken breasts, cubed
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 8 strips bacon, chopped
• 1 small onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 10 ounces penne pasta
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add to skillet and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
5. Add penne and cooked chicken back to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
6. Stir in half the bacon, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
7. Garnish with the remaining bacon, green onions, and parsley before serving.
