These dessert tacos are crispy, creamy, and packed with edible cookie dough, fluffy cheesecake, and cold vanilla ice cream. Drizzled with chocolate and topped with sprinkles—they’re basically summer in every bite!
Ingredients

6 small flour tortillas

½ cup melted butter

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup edible cookie dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Chocolate syrup & sprinkles (for topping!)
How to Make Them
1️⃣ Taco Shell Magic
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
Mix sugar + cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortillas.
Drape tortillas upside-down over oven rack bars to form a taco shape.
Bake 8–10 minutes until golden & crisp.
Let cool completely before filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in edible cookie dough until evenly combined.
(You can also use store-bought egg-free cookie dough!)
Build Your Dessert Tacos
Fill each cooled taco shell with:
