1️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Layer
In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.
Make the Cookie Dough
In a separate bowl, mix softened butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt, then stir in mini chocolate chips.

Assemble the Bites
